Pedagogical Philosophy

My approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that management education must be both intellectually rigorous and human- centric. In an era of rapid digital transformation, understanding the nuances of human behavior and organizational dynamics is more critical than ever.

I employ a case-based methodology, encouraging students to deconstruct real-world challenges through the lens of critical theory and empirical research.
